   Implementation Guidelines

2. As soon as a design completes, analyze problems that could happen during production and evaluate if the product can desirably perform as the design expects after trials and inspections.
3. If a trial fails, inspect and meliorate, then run trials again.
4. If a trial works, set up material criteria, materials specifications, parts specifications and product specifications.
5. If a new product is required by a customer, submit the conforming sample after trails to the customer for approval, and then proceed to take orders.

     Incoming Materials Inspection
The inspection purpose of incoming materials is to make sure all materials to use are conformed and reject non-conforming materials. The inspection is implemented according to Inspection Standard and its record is fulfilled.

     Quality Management of Production
The purpose of PULSO Quality Management of Production is to make sure quality remains consistent and is to seek for constantly improving quality and production efficiency as well as reducing costs. In case of any failure, solutions will be worked out and root causes will be accordingly tracked down, then corrective measures should be taken and recorded. All the gauges and tools for inspections should be supervised and calibrated periodically.

    Finished Products Management
The purpose of PULSO Finished Products Management is to make sure quality is ensured so that products after delivering to customers still maintain good performance. (The finished products after processing can be sent to warehouse or shipped only after they are inspected as conformed)

    Customer Complaint Handling
The purpose of PULSO Customer Complaint Handling is to rapidly offer satisfying service for customers. Any of complaints will be valued and a prompt feedback that contains causes and solutions after investigations will be responded.
